Seasonal Reminders
- Turn on and inspect irrigation systems (after mid-April)
- Deadline for early spring overseeding
- Begin regular mowing when grass reaches 3-4 inches
- Refresh mulch in beds (2-3 inch layer)
- ARC reminder: Submit modification requests before starting outdoor projects
- Plant annuals after last frost (typically mid-to-late April)
